Karosh Koffee was founded by The Jain’s (Manish & Monica) and Rohan Pai’s mutual and insatiable passion for exceptional experiences surrounding good food. Having travelled across the globe to bustling cities as well as remote locations – the trio decided to put their heads and hearts together to build a portfolio of restaurants. Giving people the ultimate experience in food and entertainment is their sole goal and purpose.

Born out of pure passion we wish to host people from various communities and give them culinary experiences which are memorable and unique. We endeavour to push excellence in service, food, and experience. Regardless of the location or cuisine we aim to offer our customer a memory they will always cherish.

Our first restaurant Gabbar Bistro & Bar was born on 15th August 2019 in partnership with Eclectique F&B Concepts, combining Eclectique’ F&B experience and Karosh’s passion, Gabbar created a viral fan following for its delectable food and exciting vibe in Singapore. Located in the bustling Clarke Quay district – Gabbar stands as one of the most well-known brands in the Singapore’s most popular tourist destination.

Gabbar is recognized as one of Singapore’s top Indian F&B locations, having sold out in days for its maiden festive season bookings – Gabbar is here to stay.
